About powarca
powarca converts files without ever seeing them. The conversion code runs in your browser, so your images stay on your device.
Why build it this way?
A server that converts files costs money every time it runs. Sites built that way have to ration the feature: queues, size caps, accounts, watermarks. Moving the work to the browser removes that constraint for both of us.
How it is funded
Advertising, shown after your conversion finishes rather than in the way of it.
